Mia Lewin

Founding Partner, based out of Seattle, is a trained VC that went on to become a 3x Founder CEO prior to launching TheFounderVC. Her last start-up StyleGenome, AI-first personalized commerce for all things home, was acquired by Wayfair (NYSE:W) where she led the firm's personalization team and grew it to $1Bn in revenue. She serves on various board of directors and advisory boards of start-ups, venture studios and VCs with focus on Vertical AI. Previously, she was a venture capitalist and investment banker with +$2Bn exit value created. Mia holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Paul Longhenry

Venture Partner, based out of the SF Bay Area, is a former Founder CEO and 5x growth stage operator with 2 exits. His most recent exit was the sale of Tapjoy to IronSource / Unity (NYSE: U), where he led product management, strategy and corporate development. Tapjoy was also where he built his first AI team (“ML” at that time), experience he leveraged into several AI start-ups and investments since. Combined with his VC efforts with DE Shaw Ventures, 3i Venture Capital and as an angel investor, he has generated realized returns of $1.4Bn. Paul is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Finance and Economics.

Shail Kaveti

Venture Partner and Chief of Staff, based out of San Francisco, is a computer science engineer turned investor with deep expertise in product management and AI-driven innovation. She led product development and cross- functional teams of advanced AI/ML recommendation systems serving over 1.2bn customers at Amazon, Wayfair, generating a combined $2.2Bn in revenue. Previously, Shail worked in high-frequency trading on Wall Street, building AI/ML-driven systems for equity options. She is also an angel investor in Perplexity AI, one of the fastest growing AI search platforms in the world, backed by IVP, NEA and Jeff Bezos. She holds an MBA from Dartmouth.
